Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit time for delivery.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Delivery delays may occasionally occur.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
